Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown

I loved location and staff here. The beds were very uncomfortable here, yet it was a VERY NICE stay all in all.

Disappointing aspect was cold bathroom.

everything was great, loved my stay there.

The service was good, nevertheless some people working there were incredibly rude.

The folks working here were VERY HOSPITABLE and we appreciated its oceanfront location.

it was a decent experience in a fancy hotel. glad that the weather was particularly warm, so i could enjoy its good pool. location not far from places to see, parkway, all the restaurants.

The hotel was placed in the central location close to everything. It was at a short distance from Mcdonald's, serving fast food. All the staff were superfriendly, the room was bright. The service was good, the food was good.

Everything was great, had a very nice stay in a long time.

Location was cool, rooms were light and I enjoyed cooperative staff. The bed was soft and the food was lovely. Stylish hotel, 15 minutes' walk from the downtown. Also, venue was 1 mile away from a historic prison. Very quick check in & the service was nice.

The hotel of choice in Philadelphia. Good choice for traveling to Philadelphia and exploring local places. Location: the property was not far from all the restaurants, the city hall, all the shops.

Well, no menu.

Everything seemed exceptional, very efficient staff, immaculate rooms. The breakfast had a lot of awesome options, and was outstanding. Spectacular location, quite close to a friendly natural history museum. Pretty much what I expected: COZY hotel, well priced.

The views were quite bad.

Helpful staff, the room was reasonably large and I enjoyed comfy location. And it also had worth every penny view. It was just a walk down to Chops Restaurant, where you can have lunch. I found cafe in the foyer.

We are happy to say that we appreciated staff and location. The hotel is in a sketchy area.

Check in was early, I loved particularly good location and non-smoking rooms. Beds were uncomfortable, even so it was truly a good stay.

Staff was welcoming, rooms were air conditioned, property was warm. Pizza bar was great and immaculately clean.

It was awesome time in Philadelphia. The place was fairly quiet and rooms here were cheap. Lots of options, delicious food.

The hotel was high class, we appreciated outstandingly accommodating staff. Quite modern room with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The service offered was brilliant too. Plus, free wifi was available in the rooms.

The breakfast was terrible. The bathroom was very dirty.

This hotel was very clean and big. Center City district definitely deserves exploring. For breakfast property charges USD 17.95 per person per day. Besides, Wi Fi throughout the property was a bonus.

We loved nice views. 25 minutes' drive to the airport.
